Unless absolutely necessary, you shouldn't hard reset the security camera because you will lose all stored clips. Instead, confirm that your camera is powered, that there is no scheduled maintenance going on, and that your Wi-Fi network is working properly. If so, unplug your camera from the AC power socket, wait for 10 seconds, then power your camera back on.
