If you have forgotten your Resideo account password or would like to reset the password of your Resideo account, select the "Forgot Password" link on the screen of your Resideo app.

We will send an email to the email address you used when creating your account that will enable you to reset the password. If you have not received the password reset email after five minutes, please check the Spam folder of your email account.

If you do not find it in the Spam folder, click on "Resend" button in the Resideo app and the email will be resent. If you still do not receive your password reset email, please contact the Resideo Technical Support team.
