Verify that you have plugged the camera into your mains supply. Whilst this is a USB powered device, we recommend that you plug it in to a wall socket rather than a device such as a PC to ensure sufficient and continuous power supply. We also do not recommend using USB extender cables.
If the above does not help, you can also try could doing a reset of your camera by inserting a safety clip into the hole on the back of the device and holding down until you hear a beep.
If that does not help, please try removing the SD card and then power cycling your camera.
